Experiential fitness should be about you, as an individual. We’ll never ask you to conform to a class culture or a regimen that doesn’t work for you.

I began Fire Dancing in 2015, after years of practicing Yoga and Movement and learning about Ancient Cultures and Traditions. My love of Fire developed from my interest in the origins of our globes fundamental elements and our Ancestral lineage to the wild flame. From Indian Gurus to Maori Warriors to Ceremonies and Traditions, Fire has been in our Global Culture for Centuries.
So for me, i strive to bring this Ancient Art to the Modern World, to re-ignite in our experiences the divine inner Fire.

Josh became a NYC household name as a highly-publicized group fitness instructor. You might also recognize him from Dr. Oz, Good Morning America, Bravo TV’s Work Out New York, or Hu Kitchen, where he eats 36 times per day. Empowering others is his mission, and he does it with a genuine passion, some serious flair, and one hell of a jaw line.

Rodrigo is something of a remix: He’s half-Mexican and half-Jewish (and his Bar Mitzvah was one for the ages).
A veteran athlete, Rodrigo started playing competitive soccer as a six year old, kicked it all the way through collegiate soccer, and trained as a boxer at NYC’s UFC gym. He’s also competed and placed as a muscle model with the WBFF (as you can tell by his aesthetically-crafted and undeniably-detailed physique).
When he’s not throwing hands at Jungle Gym, you’ll probably find him running the city streets, back-squatting 315 pounds, and namastaying very chill in a yoga class.

Victoria is a well-rounded athlete with a serious penchant for picking up heavy weights (you should see this girl lift). With experience at Orange Theory and Switch Playground, Victoria has always been the happy bundle of energy that we know and love. Her rippling mid-section was forged in Miami where she was raised playing softball, gymnastics, and yes…varsity cheer.
Here’s another fun fact: in her formative days Victoria traveled around the world as a roadie with some notable bands such as Fleetwood Mac, Jay Z, and The Jonas Brothers. Now’s she jamming out to their songs in the training room and taking everyone along for the journey.
I must say that my experience there was challenging, painful, exhausting, and sometimes I felt like quitting. However, the results are amazing!!! The beach cardio training can be overwhelming at times especially in the heat. The workouts are wonderful which include stretching, upper body/core, and yoga.
The food is all vegan, and delicious! I am not a vegan. The people who run the show and all the trainers are full of encouragement and know what they are doing.
