I must say that my experience there was challenging, painful, exhausting, and sometimes I felt like quitting. However, the results are amazing!!! The beach cardio training can be overwhelming at times especially in the heat. The workouts are wonderful which include stretching, upper body/core, and yoga.

The food is all vegan, and delicious! I am not a vegan. The people who run the show and all the trainers are full of encouragement and know what they are doing.
